1. ELLIGIBILITY:

This incentive offer is open only to those who sign up at the https://ict.co/about/installer-competition/ and who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. The incentive offer is only open to legal residents of the United States, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, China and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Integrated Control Technology, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the incentive offer. The incentive is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. No State officer or employee or special State officer or employee is eligible to participate in accordance with NJ Uniform Ethics Code or any other related code or law that prohibits the acceptance of any gift, favor, service or other thing of value related in any way to the State official’s public duties. Eligibility to submit images and information related to an end-users site and installation is made on the assumption that You the submitter has sought permission from the end-user or customers who’s images are represented in your submission and has subsequently given prior approval. You must accept any failure to disclose your submission to either your employer or the customer or any other party that requires notification as your own personal responsibility. Should You be bound by company policy to reject any gift or prize it is your responsibility to disqualify yourself from participation or seek prior approval from a company executive whom can qualify your participation. 

2. AGREEMENT TO RULES:

By participating in the incentive offer through submission of Entry (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. Any submission that voids a bound law to either disclose or refuse any gift is the sole responsibility of You the submitter. By submitting You agree that You meet the eligibility requirements and grant Integrated Control Technology (ICT) the following rights: 

Rights Granted by You:  

By entering this incentive offer, You understand and agree that Integrated Control Technology, anyone acting on behalf of Integrated Control Technology, and Integrated Control Technology’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, company name, imagery provided that illustrates the installation, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the submission, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. 

The use of the information provided about the install submitted via https://ict.co/about/installer-competition/ unconditional use through any social network channels (LinkedIn, Facebook or others as seen fit), whether you are selected as a prize winner or not.  

The use of your name, company name and images provided in public social posts, this includes tagging you and the company you work for if identifiable through the social media channel. 

The explicit permission from the end user or owner of the site to be able to use the photos from the installation submitted via https://ict.co/about/installer-competition/, regardless of whether it is obvious or recognizable of who the end user is or not. 

3. ENTRY TO COMPETITION:

The incentive offer must be entered by completing the form provided https://ict.co/about/installer-competition/ The entry must fulfil all incentive offer requirements, as specified, to be eligible to be considered for a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Integrated Control Technology. You may enter more than one site and you may enter more than once, providing each submission meets the eligibility criteria. 

In order for a completed entry to be considered you must fill out all the required fields, providing information related to the install and a relevant photo/s that illustrate the quality of the installation while taking consideration for any security risks. You must choose a prize from the drop-down menu that you would like upon entry of the form (this is to indicate to ICT what prize to issue to you if you are selected as a prize winner). 

If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Integrated Control Technology. 

4. PRIZES:

The winner(s) of the incentive offer (the “Winner”) will receive either a $100 USD Amazon e-gift voucher or $100 USD Visa Virtual e-Gift Card, dependent on the Winners selection at the time of submission. There are 3 prizes to be drawn each month. All prizes are to the value of $100 (USD), if winners are from an eligible international country, the dollar amount received will be dependent on the exchange rate at the time of ordering and the Winner must accept this rate as final and non negotiable. 

No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Integrated Control Technology’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Integrated Control Technology to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. 

5. PRIZE DRAWN:

The 3 winners for each month's competition will be drawn in the first two weeks of the following month. Winners will be notified by email which was supplied through the entry submission. If winners cannot be reached by email or LinkedIn within (5) days of notification, ICT reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.  

It is the responsibility of the Winner to provide a valid email address to receive the prize. Should the winner provide an invalid email address no replacement prize will be offered. 

Integrated Control Technology shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Incentive Offer is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT INTEGREATED CONTROL TECHNOLOGY’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE INCENTIVE OFFER, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. 

6. AGREEMENT TO COMPETITION TERMS:

By Submitting entry into the installer competition, you have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of these Terms and Conditions. 

By entering this competition you are also aware of any responsibilities you may have in disclosing this prize with your company if there are any standing policies regarding acceptance of prizes like this. 

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Integrated Control Technology and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the incentive offer and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries. 

Disputes: THIS INCENTIVE OFFER IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF NEW ZEALAND WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this incentive offer, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this incentive offer, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New Zealand having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this incentive offer). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. 

8. RIGHT TO CHANGE:

ICT reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.  

9. AFFILIATION:

This competition is in way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with LinkedIn, Facebook or any other social network. You are providing your information the promoter, ICT, and not to any other third party.

10. PRIVACY POLICY:

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Integrated Control Technology website. To read the Privacy Policy, https://www.ict.co/Privacy-Statement . By submitting an entry into the incentive offer you are opting in to receive communications from Integrated Control Technology, you can opt out of these communications at anytime by updating your preferences from within any email communication from Integrated Control Technology. 

By Submitting an entry into the incentive offer, You, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Terms and Conditions stated above.
