Familiar Face Returns to NZ Shores

We're pleased to announce Nicole Clarke has returned to New Zealand and moved into the role of Technical Account Manager.

Nicole has been with ICT since 2013, starting in our Admin and Customer Services team where her positive can-do attitude saw her quickly become a customer favorite. Her problem solving abilities and natural interest in technology saw her transfer to Technical Support in 2015, and she took the reins as Technical Support Manager later that year. In 2018 she moved to Canada to take on the role of Operations & Training Manager where she helped establish and actively manage our Canadian business operations, coordinate and improve efficiency, while promoting outstanding customer service.

Nicole has now returned to New Zealand to take on the new position of Technical Account Manager where her technical skillset and extensive product knowledge will be used to provide specialist support and design expertise across projects. One of her primary responsibilities will be to ensure high-level customer engagement with both end-users and security professionals, in order to create high quality solutions for our ICT customer base.

While we’re sure the Canadian office will miss her dearly, we’re pleased to have her back on home soil!
