NPI Engineer

What are we looking for?

As our NPI Engineer, you will be passionate about bringing innovative products to life and ensuring their successful transition from development to mass production. Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where collaboration and continuous improvement are key to success?

You'll play a vital role in supporting the seamless transition of products from the development phases (EVT/DVT/PVT) to mass production and end-of-life. Working with internal and external teams to optimize manufacturing processes, mitigate risks, and achieve successful product launches.
 

 

What you will need to succeed:

  • The technical expertise to handle a broad range of tasks throughout the electronics development lifecycle. 
  • Solid understanding of high-volume manufacturing principles and effective contribution to design for manufacture reviews and manufacturing process design. 
  • Leader mindset; contribute, share knowledge, help colleagues grow, deliver results, and effect positive change. 
  • Tertiary education in Electronic Engineering or equivalent. 
    Over three years' experience in applicable electronic NPI engineer roles or equivalent. 
  • Proficiency in high-volume electronics manufacturing principles and processes. Intermediate proficiency in designing, testing, and troubleshooting electronic systems.
