Embedded Software Tech Lead

What are we looking for?
As our Embedded Software Tech Lead, you'll take on a dual role, driving both technical excellence and people leadership within our embedded software function. From unblocking technical challenges to fostering a culture of growth and collaboration, you'll play a critical role in shaping our team's success.
What you will need to succeed:
- Deep understanding of the technical domain, driving use of new technologies and practices to drive simplicity and quality.
- Great communication ability, integrity, resilience, and a commitment to excellence, inspiring team members to achieve their full potential.
- Leadership! Build an engaged team with diverse strengths and a growth mindset, providing regular, impactful feedback and coaching.
- Tertiary education in Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Over eight years' experience in applicable software engineer roles.
