Customer Service Representative

What are we looking for?

We're seeking a Customer Service Extraordinaire to not only support our growth but to elevate our customer experience to new heights!


What you'll be doing:


▪️Skillfully manage customer accounts and provide stellar administrative support
▪️Ensure every customer query is handled with precision and speed
▪️Keep our database gleaming with accurate and up-to-date information
▪️Champion communication during the shipping process, ensuring customers are informed every step of the way
▪️Helping with the processing of RMA’s (product returns)
▪️Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members
▪️Assisting with the ordering and managing of accurate stock levels of finished products
▪️Assisting the sales team to onboard new customers
▪️Assisting with the picking, packing and shipping of finished products for daily sales orders

 

What You'll Need:

▪️A passion for providing top-notch customer service that leaves a lasting impression
▪️Exceptional communication skills to navigate any customer interaction
▪️A keen eye for detail, because accuracy is your middle name!
▪️The ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping cool under pressure
▪️Proficiency in MS office, potential exposure to SAP
▪️A can-do attitude, along with motivation and quick learning ability
▪️Flexibility to adapt to any challenge and thrive in a dynamic team environment
