ICT’s Security Excellence Awards NZ 2022 Wrap-Up
We were thrilled to see so many new and familiar faces at our customer appreciation event at VYC in Auckland’s CBD on Thursday, November 24th.
The Security Excellence Awards (SEAs) allow us to get together with our customers to show our appreciation for their continued loyalty and recognize the hard work that ICT partners put in to delivering world-class security systems for their customers, all across Aotearoa.
We had so many great nominations across the three categories of awards, but we could only choose one winner:
Technician of the Year:
This category was for ICT trained technicians who are at the top of their game out in the field – they take pride in their work and deliver beautiful installs:
- Winner: Avtar Singh (Focus Digital)
- Runner up: Wesley Jooste (Teltrac)
- Runner up: Mike Armistead (Secom)
Advocate of the Year:
This category was for the ICT advocate who always leads with ICT and offers it as an alternative even when a project seems set in stone.
- Winner: Wayne Clayton (Secta Security NZ)
- Runner up: Pravash Chandra (Allsafe Security)
- Runner up: Glenn Grigor (Conbrio Security)
Project of the Year:
This category was for compelling and innovative solutions for customers problems with an ICT solution.
- Winner: Armstrong Security East Auckland (for Sir Edmund Hillary Collegiate)
- Runner up: Aotea Security (for Briscoes Protege GX Accelerated Migration)
- Runner up: Optic Security (for Statistics NZ Building, Willis St, Wellington)
