ICT Expands Australian Operations
Today we announce the expansion of our Australian operations to cater directly to the growing base of ICT specialist integrators. The Melbourne office of operations will now offer sales, project management, technical support, customer service, account management and product dispatch services directly moving forward. Following 6 years of continued growth and reinvestment back into the Australian operation, ICT is positioned for an accelerated expansion as a result of this move.
From the 1st of April, all sales orders and enquiries need to be directed to ICT Australia directly, with the conclusion of LSC and ISCS’s distribution agreements. ICT is dedicated to making the transition as effortless as possible for current LSC and ISCS customers, thanks to the appointment of key new staff in sales and support. The ICT warehouse in Melbourne has been upgraded to offer full national supply and service, strengthening ICT’s world-class commitment to excellence in all areas of business.
“Australian integrators have come to expect a high standard of service from ICT and I am happy to announce that with this move to a direct sales model, our service will only get better” says Hayden Burr, CEO of ICT. “Australian integrators continue to shape our product development requirements and we are pleased to see growing support for the Protege range of integrated access control and intruder detection.”
To further recognize the growth in the Australian region, ICT has announced their annual partner event will be held on the 5th of March at the newly refurbished Melbourne office, with all ICT integrators invited to partake in the festivities. ICT is also calling on nominations for the annual excellence awards that seeks to acknowledge and reward the best ICT projects, technicians and advocates from around the country. Nominations are open until the 14th of February.
“In Australia, ICT operates across verticals ranging from commercial, retail, education, healthcare, mining, heavy industrial and more, while reinvesting back in local market development” says Richard Hawker, Director of Global Sales. “Our customers and end users expect the best and we’re pleased that the restructuring of our channel to market can cater to the growing demand for ICT product moving forward.”
ICT customers are encouraged to contact the Melbourne office at their convenience to open a direct account and submit their nominations for the excellence awards. From the 1st of April 2020 all sales and support enquiries can be directed to the friendly team at ICT Australia. If customers would like to be contacted by an ICT representative to set up a direct trading account, they can click here to submit their details.
