With the holiday season fast approaching, we want to keep you informed about our operational hours across different regions. Please note the variations in holiday schedules and whom to contact in case of urgent matters.
USA
- Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 28 - Friday, November 29, 2024 – Closed
- Christmas Eve: (Observed): Tuesday, December 24, 2024 – Closed
- Christmas Day: Wednesday, December 25, 2024 – Closed
- New Year’s Day: Wednesday, January 1, 2025 – Closed
The USA office will be open as usual until the close of business on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, and will resume regular operations on Monday, December 2, 2024 after Thanksgiving weekend. For Christmas, we will be open as usual until end of business day Monday, December 23, 2024, returning to work on Thursday, December 26, 2024.
Canada
- Christmas Day: Wednesday, December 25, 2024 – Closed
- Boxing Day: Thursday, December 26, 2024 – Closed
- New Year’s Day: Wednesday, January 1, 2025 – Closed
Normal operations will continue until the end of the day on Tuesday, December 24, 2024. Our team will be back on Friday, December 27, 2024.
EMEA
- Christmas Day: Wednesday, December 25, 2024 – Closed
- Boxing Day: Thursday, December 26, 2024 – Closed
- New Year’s Day: Wednesday, January 1, 2025 – Closed
For order shipment and collection, normal operations will continue until the end of the day on Monday December 23, 2024 and then resume on January 2nd, 2025. For sales and technical enquiries, a team will be available on the working days between Christmas and New Year - for orders, please contact emeasales@ict.co and any other enquiries, please contact emea-info@ict.co.
Asia
The Asia office will be open until the end of business day on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, and will close for the holiday season. Operations will resume on Monday, January 6, 2025.
