Project Manager: Key Business Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver internal business systems projects. This role requires a strong background in IT business systems, proven project management expertise, and solid business analysis capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions that support business operations and strategic goals. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading delivery of critical internal systems projects such as Customer Self-Service Checkout, Partner Portals, Licensing & Billing enhancements, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Driving requirements gathering sessions and translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
  • Building and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets — keeping projects on time and on target.
  • Managing risks, tracking progress, and reporting regularly to senior leadership.
  • Ensuring IT solutions support our strategic goals and operational needs.
  • Overseeing UAT and coordinating smooth transitions to support teams.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience delivering complex business systems projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong background in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership.
  • A knack for clear communication, structured thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Notion). PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
