National Business Development and Account Manager
Location: Melbourne, Australia
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

As a National Business Development & Account Manager, you will lead business development efforts while managing key integrator accounts. You’ll work closely with architects, consultants, builders, developers, and end users to promote ICT’s access control solutions, grow market awareness, and deliver strong sales outcomes.
This role is Melbourne based with travel required around Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new stakeholders including consultants, end users, and industry partners
- Develop and nurture strong, value-driven relationships with current and prospective clients
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of projects and contacts using Salesforce
- Meet or exceed assigned KPIs and sales targets
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Technical Managers nationwide
- Conduct product demonstrations and represent ICT at trade shows and industry events
- Stay ahead of the curve with evolving access control and security technology trends
- Deliver accurate forecasting, monthly reporting, and market intelligence
What You'll Bring
- Proven success in B2B business development and account management, ideally in technology or construction sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and strong organizational abilities
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a collaborative approach
- Willingness to travel for meetings and events, both locally and internationally
