Extended ICT Partner Program 5 Year Product Warranty

DIN Rail products that are purchased and installed by members of the ICT Partner Program are eligible for an extended 5-year warranty provided that they maintain their ICT Partner Program membership.

The 5-year warranty is applied automatically for any DIN Rail products purchased on or after 1 April 2021. Previous requirements for site audit and serial registration have been removed. In instances where an ICT Partner Program member is taking over maintenance of an existing site with a 5-year warranty, the warranty period is unaffected, as long as they remain a member of the ICT Partner Program.
