Unified and touch-free security modernizes Landspítali Hospital

On the northern edges of Europe sits the land of fire and ice. This case study goes to the heart of Iceland’s capital Reykjavík, where the country’s largest hospital and leading employer Landspítali provides services to much of the population.

Spanning almost 20 locations and over 100 buildings, ICT partners Securitas worked with the hospital on a major upgrade to modernize security and provide a hygienic, low-contact solution to improve health and safety.

Read the Case Study to learn how connecting multiple sites and bringing access control, building automation, intruder detection, video surveillance, elevator control, and user management into a simple unified system has led to increased staff efficiencies, improved response times, and a much-improved user experience for Landspítali.
