Protege WX and GX updates now available
Protege WX v.4.00.1736 and Protege GX v.2.08.1411 are available now.
Both the Protege WX and Protege GX updates bring bug fixes, along with feature enhancements including new access events, simplifying transitioning legacy credential types, and adding functionality for the Allegion wireless lock integration.
If your site uses the Protege GX Single Record Download Service, you must also upgrade it to version 1.0.1.1 or higher. Earlier versions are not compatible with this controller firmware release.
While not mandatory, we also recommend you update your Protege Controller operating system (OS) to v.2.0.32. To update your OS please contact support.

To download the Protege WX update, check that you're logged in to your MyICT account, go to Protege WX Updates and enter your serial number. Full details of the improvements, features, and resolved issues can be found in the Protege WX Release Notes v4.00.1736.
To download the Protege GX firmware update, check that you're logged in to your website account, go to the Module Firmware page, and select the relevant product. Full details of the improvements, features, and resolved issues can be found in the Protege GX Release Notes v2.08.1411.
To download the Protege GX Single Record Download Service update, check that you're logged in to your MyICT account, go to Protege GX Software Updates, enter your serial number and navigate to Additional Protege GX Licensed Modules.
