Meet Andy Bane, ICT’s New Chief Executive Officer
With over 30 years of leadership and growth experience, Andy Bane is ready to take ICT to the next level. He has held leadership positions across a diverse range of organizations, including venture-backed startups, private equity scale-ups, and publicly traded companies such as ABB Enterprise Software, Ventyx, and Global Energy Decisions. Most recently, Andy was the CEO of Element, a SaaS industrial software company focused on data solutions for operational excellence.
Throughout his career, he has excelled at leading teams to develop and scale integrated hardware and software solutions that deliver exceptional value to customers.
