Introducing James Ensten
As ICT continues to expand across the globe, we’re excited to welcome new leaders to the team.
James Ensten has been appointed Vice President for Sales, USA.
Growing up in Southern California, James co-founded 4Sure.com – a technology distribution company – in the 1990’s before it was acquired by Office Depot in 2001.
He brings with him over 30 years of industry knowledge and experience, specializing in developing global wholesale and reseller channels, driving 16x revenue growth in 3 years while working as the founding member of their Reseller Channel sales team at Meraki, supporting the USD$1 billion Cisco acquisition in 2012. This is further demonstrated by James’ time at Rhombus Systems as the Strategic Advisor and VP of Channel Sales achieving 10x sales growth in 4 years.
When asked what he’s most excited about, James stated: "I am thrilled to join ICT as the Vice President of Sales, USA. The team at ICT has done an exceptional job establishing the company as a global leader in unified access control and intrusion detection solutions. I look forward to leveraging my experience and working closely with our partners to build a world-class channel-centric sales organization, driving growth and delivering outstanding solutions to our customers."
When not busy working, James enjoys embracing a slower pace – tending to a large fruit and vegetable garden, cooking for friends and family, and a weekly 10km trek around the neighborhood listening to his favorite music.
