Classroom-based training is back across New Zealand
We’re excited to announce that face-to-face classroom-based training is back in New Zealand! With this training, you or your team members can become certified in Protege WX or Protege GX installation.
Join ICT’s Technical Trainer Anthony Davidson as he guides you through how to plan, install and configure a Protege GX or Protege WX system. Starting in September 2022, courses are available across New Zealand in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch.
Protege WX: WXpert
In this course, you will cover everything you need to know for a successful system implementation, including wiring and system architecture, all the way to advanced programming. This course will finish off with a certification exam, enabling you to show clients you’re a reliable installer.
This is a 1–day express course that runs from 8:30am-5:00pm, with lunch and refreshments provided. It's completely free and available to all installers, so you and your team-members can all become Protege WX experts!
Protege GX: Level 1
Aimed at installers responsible for small to medium Protege projects. This course covers topics such as system architecture, module wiring, site programming, and effective troubleshooting techniques. This concludes with a certification exam, so you’ll be able to show your clients you’re Protege GX certified.
The Protege GX course runs for 2 days from 8:30am-5:00pm, with lunch and refreshments provided, and is only available to those in our ICT Dealer Network (IDN). If you’d like to join the IDN, please contact our friendly sales staff today.
With these courses, you and your team members will have everything you need to ensure successful implementation of an intruder detection and access control solution, all under the expert guidance of one of our knowledgeable trainers.
Attendees of either course will need to bring a laptop that meets minimum hardware requirements as outlined in our user documentation. Protege GX Training Kits and Protege WX Training Kits or Demo Packs will be provided for participants to use for the duration of the course.
