Regional Sales Manager - New South Wales

We are now looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to cover the New South Wales region.
What we are looking for:
The successful applicant will have both technical aptitude and a demonstrable, proven track record in the security/access control industry, in a technical sales capacity.
Together with a charismatic, outgoing personality and natural ability to build rapport with a broad range of people, you will be a proactive relationship-builder with outstanding communication skills and commercial acumen, confident in your ability to represent our highly innovative technical solutions across diverse and often complex industries.
You will be passionate about providing outstanding customer service in all your interactions, with a high level of initiative, outcome driven, and not afraid to challenge fixed perceptions to drive knowledge, resolve issues, and propose innovative solutions that enable customers to overcome critical challenges and maximise their business.
While working autonomously, you will be based out of our Sydney offices, reporting to the Director of Sales (Australia). You will receive ongoing support from a dedicated, knowledgeable team committed to establishing ICT as an innovative security and access control market leader internationally.
Travel will be required around the region. An attractive remuneration package is offered including a competitive base salary, vehicle allowance and bonus structure.
